Aptica includes a large, ventilated bassinet approved for overnight sleep, that offers optimal airflow and climate control with adjustable Open-Up windows. Together with the foldable bassinet stand, the spacious bassinet can be positioned comfortably and hygienically inside your home (or while traveling), turning it into an actual bed for the night to be placed next to yours. The bassinet easily attaches to the Aptica stroller frame or bassinet stand. The Aptica stroller adapts effortlessly as your child grows. Its stroller seat is generously padded, fully reclinable, and reversible, so you can keep your baby facing you or let them explore the world around. Breathable fabrics and an all-season seat ensure comfort year-round.

THE LARGE BASSINET, APPROVED FOR OVERNIGHT SLEEP

During the first few months of your baby’s life, bone and muscle structure are fragile. Your baby should remain in the supine position, free to stretch, slumber, explore, without being confined to narrow spaces that limit their movements and prevent muscle relaxation. Rest your baby flat on their back to help distribute weight evenly. Experts advise using the bassinet on the stroller for at least the first 6 months.

Aptica bassinet's generous internal dimensions (31.1'' × 14.5'') extend usage time as much as possible, even when your baby is wrapped up in warm clothes. The Aptica bassinet is equipped with an adjustable backrest up to 10° to facilitate digestion after feedings. The multi-position adjustment with centralized mechanism allows your baby to observe the outside world even when lying down.

Why wake them up? In the first months of life your baby will need a lot of sleep, up to 16-18 hours a day. If they fall asleep when they come back from a walk, position the bassinet in a comfortable and hygienic way on the bassinet stand, turning it into a real bed for a sweet rest. Thanks to the stand, debris accumulated on the wheels of the stroller stay outside. The stand folds and it is easy to store when not in use.

THE NEW OPEN UP BASSINET

The new Open Up bassinet is equipped with 5 adjustable ventilation windows, which create the ideal environment for your newborn. The ventilation windows protect your baby from excessively high or low temperatures, prevent discomfort caused by high humidity and ensure optimal airflow, promoting constant air exchange that maintains a consistently comfortable environment.

The ventilation windows promote constant visual contact with your baby, which is essential in the first weeks of life. This continuous interaction strengthens the initial bonds, creating a reassuring connection and moments of play and discovery, even with older siblings.

Additional safety features include the bassinet hood with UV protection (UPF 50+), an extendable sun visor for shielding against direct sunlight even when the sun is low on the horizon and an adjustable apron to protect your baby from the wind and cold.

WIDE & COMFY ALL-SEASON STROLLER SEAT, PACKED WITH FEATURES

The shape of the stroller backrest was designed with special attention to the health and comfort of your baby. To ensure a correct posture, the backrest has been covered with a double layer of 3D mesh, offering excellent breathability, allowing heat to dissipate quickly, promoting proper temperature regulation of your baby and high stability during walks. Thanks to the very wide and padded seat (20.9''× 13'') your child will be comfortable even as they grow older.

The all-season seat, designed to offer your baby the best comfort all year round, is equipped with a comfort cover, a comfortable padded cover, which covers the entire backrest and protects your baby from the cold in winter. In summer mode, the comfort cover can be easily removed.

Sun protection: The hood shields against UV rays (UPF 50+), and the sun visor helps when the sun is low. This full coverage guarantees maximum protection even when lying down.

Air circulation: A mesh insert in the hood ensures proper air circulation around the seat, to keep the area cool and ventilated.

1 HAND OPEN & CLOSE, LAY-FLAT RECLINE

Thanks to the exclusive system patented by Inglesina, the Aptica stroller opens and folds up with one hand with the seat mounted, in both directions. Once folded up, the stroller stands on its own, preventing the fabric and the handle from touching the ground, keeping the stroller seat and your baby safe from germs.

The backrest can be reclined in four positions down to 150°: thanks to its centralized control, the seat becomes horizontal to ensure correct posture and comfort. Your child’s legs are always supported comfortably by the extending footrest, to continue to use the stroller even when they are asleep.

4-WHEEL SUSPENSION & ROOMY STORAGE

The Aptica stroller frame features all 4-wheel suspension, with rubber never flat wheels for high abrasion resistance and impact strength. The new rubber cushioned wheels with ball bearings and polyurethane threads (front diameter 7.5'' and rear 10.2'') guarantee a smooth ride and the best comfort for the baby.
